I’m an Oregon pro bono lawyer. About 20% of my cases are pro bono, meaning my services are completely free. However, you must reside in the Portland OR area and be current on your rent. I donate thousands of hours a year with my pro bono work. My main focus is on consumer protection and civil rights.
High-stakes class action litigation is fun. But of all my cases, I’m most proud of my pro bono work. It isn’t just a professional obligation for me. I serve the underdogs, as the underdog. Call my team right away if you need legal representation. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
If you need help with a legal problem, we’re the team you want on your side. We’ll fight for your rights and make sure that you get the justice you deserve.
Years ago, I started a pro bono endeavor that has wiped out millions in student loans for Oregon borrowers. My student loan project is currently 100% free of charge. Learn more about Oregon Student Debt here. See how our pro bono services have helped others:

Please note that an initial review of your case does not form an attorney-client relationship, and that until we provide you with a representation agreement, and you sign and return that representation agreement, we are not your attorneys and you are not represented by Underdog Law Office or OlsenDaines. Please note that we have not reviewed the statute of limitations for your case or any other deadlines that may be approaching, and will not keep track of these deadlines during the initial consult process. If you feel you need assistance sooner than we can provide, please seek alternate counsel immediately.
