Attorney
Michael Fuller is a jury trial lawyer and top dog at Underdog Law Office. As the first in his family to go to college, Michael now stands up for the little guy against unfair corporate practices.
His main practice areas include: Class Actions, Civil Rights, Wrongful Death, and Pro Bono.
Michael is also an adjunct professor of consumer law at Lewis & Clark Law School. Prior to law school, he worked for Senator Gordon Smith in Washington, DC.
He is also a partner at the OlsenDaines law firm, as well as their chair of the consumer protection group.
Michael has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine every year for the past decade. In 2023, the Business Journal named him one of the ‘40 Most Influential Business Leaders Under 40’ in Portland.
He has won over $50 million for his clients in jury trials and class actions against Wall Street and Corporate America. Michael’s cases have been covered by the NBC Nightly News, The Today Show, ESPN, Fox News, and The New York Times.
When a collections agency from another state sued a Hillsboro resident for a debt he didn’t owe, Michael stepped in to handle the case. He also made the debt collection agency pay $19,000. Read how he got the case dismissed here.
About 20% of Michael’s cases are pro bono, meaning his services are completely free of charge. His Martindale-Hubbell rating is preeminent, which you can see here.
